1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using cinemagraphcollection.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Cinemagraph Collection ("we", "us", "our"), an editorial business serving readers in the United States. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

3. Editorial independence
Our reviews, scores and rankings are editorial opinions produced by our test team using the method described on our About page. Brands cannot pay for a review, a score or a position in a comparison table. Review units provided on loan are disclosed in the relevant article, and compensation never influences a verdict.
Gear changes: manufacturers release firmware and hardware revisions, and our verdicts may be updated. We aim to note material changes and corrections with a dated note rather than editing silently.
4. Amazon affiliate disclosure
Some links on the Site are affiliate links, including links to Amazon. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission. This costs you nothing extra and does not change the price you pay. Commissions are not an input into our scoring, and some products we recommend pay us no commission at all.
Your purchase is made directly with the retailer under that retailer's own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that transaction and are not the seller of any product listed on this Site.
5. Pricing & availability
Prices, discounts, ratings and availability shown on the Site are indicative only, are captured at the time of the last check and can change at any moment. Amazon's own product page is the authoritative source for price and availability. We are not responsible for pricing errors, withdrawn offers or stock changes on any retailer's site.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, reviews, scores, comparison tables, layout, graphics and the Cinemagraph Collection name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. Any other reproduction, including republishing full reviews or feeding our content into a commercial dataset, requires prior written permission.
7. User submissions
When you submit a message, comment, correction or gear suggestion, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish it in connection with the Site. 9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Our reviews are opinions based on our own testing and are not professional advice — including any technical, safety, legal or business advice. Always read the manufacturer's instructions and safety information before using any camera, lens or support equipment. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinemagraph Collection and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content, or from any product purchased through a third-party link.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinemagraph Collection against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Termination

13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your state of residence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the version in force. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
